1. Using cosnap

You may use cosnap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for keeping your event links and account details secure, and for activity that happens through them.

2. Event content

You keep ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you submit. By uploading content, you give cosnap a limited license to host, process, display, and deliver it as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share that content.

3. Respectful use

Do not upload content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, invasive of another person’s privacy, or infringing someone else’s rights. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to cosnap.

4. Availability

cosnap is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including event storage or sharing features, with reasonable notice when practical.

5. Deletion and termination

You can stop using cosnap at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service and its users. Content may be removed when an event is deleted or an account is closed.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cosnap is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
